Exchange and Refund Policy
  • If you’re looking to exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free product exchanges within 7 days after purchase upon stock availability. You can exchange it to a brand new unit of the same product type. 
  • These are the conditions where exchanged products are allowed :
    • Products received are incomplete or defective 
    • Products received does not work properly
    • If the exchanged products are not available, the products will be refunded
  • Please note the following informations to our exchange and refund policy :
    • Returned products must be unused and in the same condition when received. It must also be in the original packaging. 
    • A proof of purchase and unboxing video are required. 
  • Please do these steps if you’re proceeding with exchanging the product : 
    • Send an email to customercare@tmc-indonesia.com detailing the problem with your products. Please attach photos and videos to accelerate the process. 
    • Mail the related products to PT. Tritunggal Multi Cemerlang Indonesia, Komplek Ruko Toho Blok M No. 8, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta, 14470, Indonesia.
    • If the request meet our requirements, the exchange/refund will be processed immediately (within 14 work days).
    • Voila! It’s done!
  • Please note that all shipping costs will be at your own expenses and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded.
